The Beckman Coulter TCR Zeta is a flow cytometer that uses light scattering and fluorescence to analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of cells or particles in suspension. It can measure size, granularity, and fluorescence intensity. The instrument has 3 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 633nm) and 18 fluorescence detectors to analyze up to 14 colors. It has a throughput of up to 30,000 events per second. The hydrodynamic focusing technology allows analysis of particles from 0.04 to 40 microns. The TCR Zeta streamlines multicolor panels in immunology and oncology research by providing high-content cellular analysis.
